Eskan Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Era Real Estate to develop 32 residential villas in Hamad Town, a project announced during the “Innovation in Social Housing Sector” Summit and Conference, held under the esteemed patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The summit, held under the theme “Towards Innovative and Sustainable Housing Solutions,” served as a platform to highlight forward-looking collaborations that support the Kingdom’s national housing agenda.

Under the terms of this memorandum, Eskan Bank will allocate a plot of land it owns to Era Real Estate Company, which will be responsible for the development of 32 residential units using modern construction and design models. Once completed, the units will be featured on the Baity Real Estate digital platform and made available to eligible citizens benefiting from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s housing finance programmes. This initiative aligns with the Bank’s broader strategy to deliver innovative housing solutions by fostering public-private partnerships and enhancing the provision of social housing services to Bahraini citizens.

Mr. Mohamed Jaffar Bucheeri, General Manager of Eskan Properties Company stated, “We are pleased with our collaboration with Era Real Estate, which stands as a testament to the effectiveness of public-private partnerships in delivering housing solutions tailored to the needs of Bahraini citizens.
